每个周日都是节日，人们在卡诺萨迪普利亚的乡间呼吸着土地和蒙特城堡周围葡萄园的味道。聊着天，喝着酒，人们回忆起了过去的夏天——那个让城里的亲友们来到这里亲手采摘葡萄的收获时节。接下来就是在酒窖里的工作以及等待品尝美酒的漫长时光。同样的举动总是以缓慢的节奏重复着，但每次都带着新的情绪。热爱就是这样诞生的，它无时无刻不在向我们讲述品味生活和红酒的时刻。

Every Sunday was a holiday in the countryside of Canosa di Puglia, breathing the smell of the land and the vineyards all around Castel del Monte. Between a chat and a glass of wine we remembered the last summer and the period of harvest when friends and relatives came from the town to pick up by hand the ripe grapes. Then, the long work in the cellar, waiting for tasting. The same gestures were repeated always with a slow pace, but each time with a new emotion. The result is an authentic passion that is telling at all times moments of life and wine for the tasting.
